The most important issue of this case was the fact that the company wanted to organize an integration at our place, but.... not only. It also decided to use its time away from the office for daily short conferences, so access to a conference room was an important part of our proposed offer.
Of course, we took care of all the technical issues, such as checking the equipment, handling the event and setting up the roll-ups. All topics were discussed with the client in English, which increased the comfort of cooperation and enabled flawless arrangements.
We offered our client one of the rooms that would work well for a group of 25 people. Its advantage was also the fact that it adapted in layout to different situations. Why did we choose it this way? Because the client wanted the conference space to be changed each time, before the next session (each session involved a different number of people, and each had a different format). And breaks between conferences were made more pleasant by sips of coffee and tea served in the foyer.
We started the actual integration with a gala dinner at Cafe Orangerie. Importantly - for the duration of this event, the entire restaurant was available only to our client. All the dishes served were subject to prior tasting. So that each guest could choose what he or she liked best.
In addition to the restaurant space, a terrace, located on the roof of the building, was designated for the corporate integration. The client also requested waiter and bartender service with access to the open bar, which of course was also prepared.
As the location of our hotel is conducive to optional tours, so we organized two trips for the company's employees: a visit to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the Auschwitz Museum. We also suggested to the clients what attractions are worth seeing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
The biggest benefit for the client was to remove the responsibility for organizing the event from him. His only task was to respond to our proposals.
Minimizing paperwork and quick response on our part to any expectations, relieved the client of the maximum burden in terms of planning lectures and entertainment. It was also a money-saver - organizing a conference while integrating significantly cuts costs, including for meeting rooms or hotels.
