At Hotel Kossak, we have 3 conference rooms that make up the Conference Center. These rooms can be subject to any configuration, thanks to modular walls. In addition, in our spaces you will find a business studio and the Percheron Restaurant. You can hold any business meeting in any of these spaces.

Room A provides an intimate yet spacious atmosphere that promotes concentration and effective exchange of ideas. Ideal for training sessions, workshops or smaller conferences.

Maximum facilitation of the organization of business meetings is a priority for us. When organizing a conference, business meeting, corporate event, we take a fully comprehensive approach, providing full support from the first contact. We are able to fully take over the organization of the event or simply - help you rent the right space.
We offer coffee, snacks, conference desserts, sandwich buffets, light lunches and gourmet dinners.
Both coffee breaks and lunches can be served in three options. See the possibilities and customize them to your needs.
We are aware of the diverse needs of our clients, so in addition to space or excellent catering, we also offer transfers or organized tours of Krakow and the surrounding area (Auschwitz, Wieliczka, Ojcow).
Parking issues are also not a problem for us. We cooperate with a friendly parking lot by the Wawel Castle (250 m from our hotel).

Where is your hotel located?
In the very center of Krakow. To be more precise, it is located: 900 meters from the Market Square, 500 meters from the Wawel Castle and 1.9 km from the Main Railway Station.
How far is the Kossak Hotel from the ICE Convention Center?
The Congress Center is 1.3 km from our hotel. You can reach it on foot, along the Vistula boulevards (about 18 minutes walk) or by car (about 12 minutes).
Does the hotel offer accommodation for conference participants?
Yes, we have comfortable rooms and suites that can be reserved for conference participants. We provide attractive terms for booking accommodation in conjunction with the event. The rooms are also adapted for work (desks, comfortable chairs).
Is there a transfer from the train station/airport?
We offer transfer services that can be arranged for both individual participants and groups. We provide transportation from the airport, train station and other selected locations.
Can we arrange a tour of Krakow and/or the surrounding area through the hotel?
Yes, our team will be happy to help you organize your tour of Krakow and its surroundings (Wieliczka, Auschwitz), including booking tickets to museums, guides who speak various languages and other tourist attractions.
What are the hotel options in hosting hybrid conferences?
Our meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology for hybrid conferences. Does the hotel have parking?
Due to the location of the hotel (the very center), the hotel does not have a parking lot. However, a friendly underground parking lot under the Wawel Castle is located right next door. If you are interested in this type of service, we can fully take over the organizational issue and add the cost to the billing invoice.
